Had my annual inspection and oil change. Staff was courteous and efficient.

My visit to paul brown Chevrolet was for an oil change and to see about buying out my lease on my 2025 traverse. My sales consultant Alicia Chaboya that’s helped me lease my our other vehicles was out of the office so Adam Mcdow was the consultant that greeted me as I was just looking at a Silverado pickup. Adam asked if I wanted to take one for a test ride so I did. When I returned from the test ride Alicia had returned to the office and and I went to her desk to talk about the vehicle. I’ve included this info because it showed me how the sales consultants work together. Great experience. So back to my experience. I asked about buying out my lease because I already had almost 20000 miles on the vehicle in 15 months and I knew I’d be well over my allotted lease mileage. I was told the Silverado had very good rebates and they could buy my vehicle out if I wanted to look at the numbers. I said sure what could it hurt. Well after looking at numbers,rebates and buyout of my traverse my payment for a brand new Silverado RST would go down over $200 a month and I would be buying the Silverado with a72 month loan. So I went in for an oil change on my wife’s vehicle and left with a new Silverado. What a wonderful no pressure place to visit. I can’t say enough about working with Alicia. I highly recommend Alicia to anyone that’s in the market for a new vehicle or just wants to see what’s available. She is so easy to talk to and very professional. She is an asset to their business.

I arrived at my appointment time and I wasn't on their schedule. They told me no worries and took my car in anyway. The staff is always friendly and their waiting room is cozy.
