I have dealt with Paul Brown for a few years now and have been satisfied with their service. Most of the employees are pleasant. I usually get a quick appointment, although not as quickly as it used to be. I suppose that is due to increase in population causing more vehicles. The waiting area is clean and comfortable.

I dropped my car off before you opened- asking if it could be done by 11am... it was done by 8:30am!! Steve is always pleasant and accommodating whenever I call!!

Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Chris, our sales rep, knew we were coming to see the Equinox and had it out front ready to look at. We made arrangements to come back after holiday to test drive. We ended up purchasing a 2026 Chevy Equinox! Was a very fast, efficient transaction. We have been customers for the past 10 years or so and never disappointed.
